01:41 pm - Ebay Killer: Jittery?

Jittery is a new distributed auction site. It has a lot of nifty features, and is the first serious threat to Ebay I've seen. For example, among other things:

a. they charge neither a listing fee nor a closing fee.
b. they provide a full access to their transaction history. You can see how much others have paid for the same product in the past.
c. they make good use of blog advertising via the BlogPoints Ads like this one:

[Edit: LJ doesn't appear to allow the iframe tag. You can see my ad at my website: openknowledge.org.]

(Disclaimer: I get enrolled in ipod sweepstakes for hosting the ad on my blog. But I would promote them even if I didn't--it seems like a cool company.)

The site seems pretty well designed, and they seem quite open to feedback-worth checking out.
